Our company has been interesting in the production and trade of fresh fruit since three generations.
Our company’s activity consists in the passage from fields to the final consumer, going through the stages of agronomic assistance to producers, conservation and stocking by keeping the process of refrigeration, selection, packaging and selling of fresh fruit products.
We particularly take care of the agriculturists in order that, using the best and most healthy techniques and cultivation methods, they can obtain the highest added value from the Catenaro Commercial Organization to which they belong.
The implemented EureGap project and the certification obtained by our Company exemplify our attention to products and cultivations.
The certification of storing quality obtained with great efforts is another example of the importance that the Company gives to the questions related to the quality of the product/process.
The Company Mission is to commercialize topmost, healthy and safe products for the consumer and to satisfy the requirements of the Italian and European GD and GDO conforming itself, in a flexible and immediate way, to the latest needs of the markets.
Throughout the years the Catenaro Organization consolidated strong relationships with its own suppliers so that it can reckon up a production basis increasing year after year.
The present production amount commercialized by the Company is about 4.000.000 Kg.
The main products are peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, grapes and kiwis.
About the 70% of the production is exported, while the remaining 30% is assigned to the national market.
